Shipping

Every order is dispatched from within the UK, within 24 hours of you placing it. Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next working day.

Cost

Shipping is free on every UK order. There is no minimum spend and no threshold to reach. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout.

How long it takes

• UK mainland, tracked: 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
• Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands: 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.

Every order is tracked. You will get the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Where we ship

The prices on this site are in pounds and this store is set up for the United Kingdom. We do ship to a number of other countries, and you will see your own currency and the delivery options available to you at checkout. Orders going outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country, which are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility.

If your parcel is late

Tracked parcels occasionally sit still for a day before moving again, so give it one extra working day past the window above. After that, message us through the contact form or email nouxnailsde@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier. If a parcel is genuinely lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full. You do not have to fight the courier yourself.

If your parcel arrives damaged

Take a photo before you throw the packaging away, then send it to us with your order number. The lamp is the fragile part, so check it cures before you decide everything is fine. We will replace anything that arrived broken.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, message us straight away and we will correct it if the parcel has not gone out yet. Once it has been dispatched we cannot change the destination, and a parcel sent to an address you entered incorrectly is not something we can refund until it comes back to us.
