How long does one application really last? +

In our pre-launch panel of 30 women, 21 of 30 applications were still intact after 14 days. We promise 'up to 2 weeks.' The honest minimum is 12 days. If a strip lifts in the first week, we replace the pack.

Is the UV lamp safe? +

The Noux lamp runs at 6 watts, about a sixth of the power of a salon lamp. One minute of summer sun gives you more UV than a 60-second cure under our lamp. It meets Australian electrical safety standards and carries the RCM mark.

Will it damage my natural nail? +

No. We use an adhesive that doesn't take the top layer of your nail with it when you remove it. Removal uses an Removal Oil, not acetone or a file. Many testers say their natural nails visibly recover after a few applications.

Is Noux suitable if I have allergies? +

Noux is free from HEMA, DI-HEMA and TPO. The adhesive contains no cyanoacrylate glue. A patch-test card is included in the Starter Kit. Our 45-day returns policy explicitly covers skin reactions.

How does removal work? +

A few drops of Removal Oil, 8 minutes to soak in, then the strip slides off. No filing, no scraping, no acetone. Used correctly, your natural nail stays intact.

When will it arrive? +

What if it doesn't work for me? +
